Mohammad Najajreh M.S.c QSHM ,RN.

Mohammed has an extensive background with over 10 years in health care management, policy, and healthcare quality in both clinical & leadership roles.

Most recently, Mohammad has served as Manager of Quality & Risk of CMRC branches in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi and has led groundbreaking work on quality and safety. Before joining, Mohammed has served as clinical coordinator at business development department for long term care hospitals, and previously has occupied senior nursing positions of two acute care hospitals where he gained extensive experience in critical care.

At CMRC , Mohammed Manages and coordinates organization-wide effort to ensure the quality improvement program is developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives; collects, analyzes and reports on a variety of data to assess the quality and appropriateness of care and treatment of participants; provides oversight of the risk management plan.

He has earned an M.S.c degree in quality & safety in healthcare management from Royal Collage of Surgeon in Ireland University, a Nursing degree from Mutah University, and Diploma of Environmental Health & Safety degree from the BHART SEVAK SAMAJ School , Certified lean & six sigma black Belt , certified of NEBOSH International General Certificate (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) , Certified OHS practitioner (occupational health & safety ) .
