Howard S. Podolsky

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Howard Podolsky, a graduate of State University of New York from Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences as well as St. Louis University School of Law, is an experienced Internist with an extensive background in healthcare management, hospital administration, risk management, quality improvement and patient safety. He has served as a Vice President of Medical Affairs, Chief Medical Officer, and Chief Quality Officer for a number of healthcare organizations throughout the United States. In addition, he served as the Vice President and Medical Director for AIG/American General Life Companies, based in Houston, Texas as well as National Chief Medical Officer for NextCare Urgent Care, an American urgent care company with more than 65 urgent care clinics in 9 states.

More recently, Howard served as the Chief Medical Officer for Arizona Priority Care Plus, an innovative, shared savings, accountable care organization (ACO) and managed care medical group based in Phoenix, Arizona. Before assuming the role of Group Chief Operating Officer/ CMO for Cambridge Medical & Rehabilitation Center Dr. Podolsky served at SEHA/Abu Dhabi Health Services, in several positions including Group Chief of Staff, Group Operations Director, and Chief Medical Officer for Al Ain Hospital (SEHA), located in Al Ain, UAE.

He continues to speak, internationally, on healthcare provider/institutional risk management issues, quality improvement, and patient safety, as well as function as a clinical instructor for a number of graduate medical and legal education programs. Dr. Podolsky completed his MBA in Management and Finance from the Olin School of Business, Washington University in St. Louis and was inducted into Gamma Beta Sigma, the International Business Honor Society. In addition, Dr. Podolsky has served as a guest lecturer at the Saint Louis University School of Law as well as the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law located in Phoenix, Arizona, and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Amarillo, Texas. Similarly, Dr. Podolsky is a Fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine.



Dr. Podolsky has managed his own consulting company, 3° Consulting, providing expertise in the areas of risk management, strategic planning, healthcare organization/medical staff relations, state and federal regulatory compliance, documentation and coding compliance, value-based purchasing, litigation preparation, accountable care organization formation, and medical underwriting.
